...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 900 AM CDT
FOR MASSAC AND NORTHWESTERN MCCRACKEN COUNTIES...

At 826 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near New Columbia to 7 miles southeast of Karnak,
moving southeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Metropolis, New Columbia, and Joppa.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 24 in Kentucky between Mile Markers 1 and 2.
 Interstate 24 in Illinois between Mile Markers 26 and 38.
