FOR NORTHWESTERN SMITH...NORTHEASTERN PHILLIPS AND SOUTH CENTRAL
FRANKLIN COUNTIES...

At 406 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 9 miles south of
Bloomington, or 21 miles northeast of Phillipsburg, moving southeast
at 15 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to 
         roofs, siding, and trees.

This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
northwestern Smith, northeastern Phillips and south central Franklin
Counties.
