The National Weather Service in Grand Forks has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Northwestern Ramsey County in northeastern North Dakota...

* Until 300 AM CDT.

* At 217 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Churchs Ferry, or 18 miles northwest of Devils
  Lake, moving northeast at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and tennis ball size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Starkweather, Churchs Ferry, and Garske.
