  Southwestern Boyd County in northeastern Kentucky...
  Northwestern Lawrence County in northeastern Kentucky...
  Southeastern Carter County in northeastern Kentucky...

* Until 645 PM EDT.

* At 617 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Grayson Lake State Park, moving southeast at 30
  mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Grayson, Grayson Lake State Park, and Denton around 620 PM EDT.
  Webbville around 625 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include
Houckville, Grahn, Willard, Fallsburg, and Hitchins.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest
floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a
mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter
and protect yourself from flying debris.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.

  Park, moving southeast at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
