FOR NORTHERN FRANKLIN...STEPHENS...NORTHEASTERN HABERSHAM...CENTRAL
RABUN...NORTHWESTERN HART AND CENTRAL OCONEE COUNTIES...

At 526 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 5 miles northeast of Clayton to 9 miles west of
Walhalla to near Toccoa, moving northeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind 
         damage to trees and power lines.

Locations impacted include...
Toccoa, Walhalla, Westminster, Lavonia, Gumlog, Bowersville, Martin,
Avalon, Tallulah Falls, and Tugaloo State Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

STEPHENS...NORTHEASTERN HABERSHAM...CENTRAL RABUN...NORTHWESTERN HART
AND CENTRAL OCONEE COUNTIES WILL EXPIRE AT 545 AM EDT...

The storms which prompted the warning have weakened below severe
limits, and no longer pose an immediate threat to life or property.
Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire.  However, small
hail and gusty winds are still possible with these thunderstorms.
