...SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 245 PM CDT FOR
SOUTHEASTERN HOPKINS, NORTHEASTERN CHRISTIAN AND SOUTHWESTERN
MUHLENBERG COUNTIES...

At 211 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 6 miles southeast of
Nortonville, or 15 miles southeast of Madisonville, moving east at 25
mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and small hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
  Powderly, Weir, Graham, Greenville and White Plains.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
