* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southern Inyo County in south central California...

* Until 600 PM PDT.

* At 500 PM PDT, emergency management reported thunderstorms
  producing heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is
  already occurring.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
           flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Emergency management reported.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Panamint Springs.

Recent thunderstorms have resulted in flooding along Hwy 190 and
around Panamint Valley Road.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law
enforcement and request they pass this information to the National
Weather Service when you can do so safely.

  heavy rain along the Santa Clara River. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of
  rain has fallen. Additional thunderstorms are possible over the
  next couple hours. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
  shortly.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
           flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding along the Santa Clara
