...SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1030 AM MDT
FOR CENTRAL SAN JUAN COUNTY...

At 1009 AM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 11 miles southwest
of NAPI Headquarters, or 18 miles southwest of Farmington, moving
north at 35 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and small hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
  Farmington, Kirtland, Ojo Amarillo, NAPI Headquarters, Upper
  Fruitland, Fruitland and Nenahnezad.

This includes Highway 64 between Mile Markers 35 and 55.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds and large
hail.
