A strong low in the eastern gulf will send a front across the panhandle this morning. Winds across the inside waters will increase to moderate to strong breezes of 15 to 25 kts with times of Gale force wind gusts. A brief period of sustained Gales up to 40 kts may develop for Stephens Passage and Fredrick Sound. As this front moves over the northern inner channels, winds change directions and become southerly.
