The Garner State Park rain gauge has observed 3.19 inches since midnight. Rainfall rates have come down a bit, however, still at 2 to 4 inches in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected soon. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding.
