The areas affected include...

  Biscayne Bay...

  Coastal waters from Deerfield Beach to Ocean Reef FL out 20 NM...



At 114 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable

of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located

over Angelfish Key, moving east at 15 knots.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots and locally higher

waves. Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until this storm

passes.

* At 132 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over West

  Melbourne, or over Melbourne, moving east at 25 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.



  SOURCE...Radar.



  IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots, suddenly higher 

           waves, lightning and heavy downpours. Make sure all on 

           board are wearing life jackets. Return to safe harbor if 

           possible.

The National Weather Service in El Paso Tx/Santa Teresa has issued a



* Flash Flood Warning for...

  The Trout Fire Burn Scar in...

  Northeastern Grant County in southwestern New Mexico...



* Until 200 PM MDT.



* At 1158 AM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 

  heavy rain over the Trout Fire Burn Scar. Between 0.75 and 1.25 

  inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 

  inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing 

  or expected to begin shortly.



Excessive rainfall over the burn scar will result in debris flow 

moving through the Trout Fire Burn Scar, into canyons flowing north 

towards Sapillo Creek BELOW Lake Roberts Dam, including Meadow 

Creek. Sapillo Creek DOWNSTREAM...or WEST of Lake Roberts Dam will 

also be impacted. The debris flow can consist of rock, mud, 

vegetation and other loose materials.



  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms in and around

           the Trout Fire Burn Scar.

           Scar.



* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...

  Lake Roberts, Meadow Creek, Trout Valley and Sapillo Creek Valley.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



This is a life threatening situation. Heavy rainfall will cause 

extensive and severe flash flooding of creeks...streams...and 

ditches in the Trout Fire Burn Scar. Severe debris flows can also be 

anticipated across roads. Roads and driveways may be washed away in 

places. If you encounter flood waters...climb to safety.
