  Outer Saginaw Bay SW of Alabaster to Port Austin MI to Inner 

  Saginaw Bay...



At 141 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable

of producing winds up to 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located

along a line extending from 10 nm northeast of Bay City Liberty

Harbor to near Quanicassee to 19 nm south of The Mouth Of The Saginaw

River, moving northeast at 35 knots.

  Sebewaing and Gravelly Shoals around 155 AM EDT.

  Bay Port around 200 AM EDT.

  Caseville around 210 AM EDT.

  Port Austin around 230 AM EDT.
