through Friday evening...



A moist and unstable air mass associated with rapidly weakening

Tropical Cyclone Priscilla off the Baja California coast will 

bring the potential for thunderstorms to the coastal waters as 

early as this afternoon or this evening. The threat for 

thunderstorms will linger into Friday evening across the coastal 

waters. Any thunderstorm that forms will be capable of producing 

locally gale force winds and rough seas, dangerous lightning, and 

heavy rainfall with reduced visibility, and even a waterspout.
