At 618 AM AST, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 10 NM southeast of Yabucoa to about 10 NM northwest of St. Thomas, moving east at 5 knots. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
