At 816 AM AST, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located along a line extending from just south of Vieques to over and northeast of St. Thomas. The thunderstorms were nearly stationary. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
