  moving northeast at 40 mph.



  HAZARD...Quarter size hail.

  IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible.



* Locations impacted include...

  Bethel Park, McMurray, Washington, Canonsburg, Gastonville,

  Baldwin, Upper St. Clair, South Park Township, Jefferson Hills,

  Pleasant Hills, Wolfdale, McGovern, East Washington, Houston,

  Eighty Four, Finleyville, Green Hills, and Meadow Lands.



This includes the following highways...

  Interstate 70 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 11 and 24.

Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire.  However, small

* Special Marine Warning for...

  Lake Erie from Westfield to Buffalo Harbor...



* Until 1245 AM EDT.



* At 1040 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing

  waterspouts was located over Van Buren Point, or near Dunkirk,

  moving northeast at 15 knots.



  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.



  SOURCE...Radar.



  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally 

           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly 

           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.



* Locations impacted include...

  Small Boat Harbor, Van Buren Point, Lake Erie Beach, Wanakah,

  Barcelona, Woodlawn Beach, Erie Basin Marina, Sturgeon Point,

  Dunkirk, Athol Springs, Bayview, and Sunset Bay.
