At 533 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a cluster of strong 

thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These 

thunderstorms was located around 17 nm south of Buoy 44025, moving 

northeast at 50 knots.

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher

waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor

immediately until this storm passes.
