...WATERSPOUTS POSSIBLE OVER LAKE ONTARIO THROUGH EARLY AFTERNOON...



Lake effect rain will continue over Lake Ontario through early

this afternoon, with a few thunderstorms also possible. Waterspouts

may be embedded within the lake effect rain at times. Waterspouts

can produce localized higher winds and waves and can easily 

overturn small vessels.



Waterspouts can develop with little to no advance warning. If a

waterspout is spotted seek safe harbor immediately.
