* At 742 AM EST, a strong thunderstorm was located over 4th Island

  Bay Bridge, moving southeast at 10 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 

           suddenly higher waves.
