  Coastal waters from Deerfield Beach to Ocean Reef FL out 20 NM...



At 151 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable

of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located

over Biscayne Bay, moving east at 15 knots.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots and locally higher

waves. Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until this storm

passes.

* At 152 PM EST, a strong thunderstorm was located over Biscayne Bay,

  moving east at 10 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.



  SOURCE...Radar.



  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 

           suddenly higher waves.



* Locations impacted include...

  Soldier Key, Biscayne Bay, Elliott Key, Triumph Reef, Black Point,

  Cape Florida, and Key Biscayne.
