  including Santa Cruz Island...

  Inner waters from Point Mugu to San Mateo Pt. CA including Santa

  Catalina and Anacapa Islands...

  Outer waters from Santa Cruz Island to San Clemente Island to 60 NM

  offshore including San Nicolas and Santa Barbara Islands...



* Until 800 AM PST.



* At 708 AM PST, strong thunderstorms were located along a line

  extending from 6 nm north of Anacapa Island to 28 nm southeast of

  West Point Santa Cruz Island, moving northeast at 20 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.



  SOURCE...Radar.



  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 

           suddenly higher waves.



* Locations impacted include...

  Anacapa Island...

  Point Dume...

  Ventura Harbor...

  and western Malibu.
