* Special Marine Warning for...

  Coastal Waters from San Mateo Point to the Mexican Border and out

  to 10 nm...



* Until 930 AM PST.



* At 845 AM PST, a shower capable of producing waterspouts was

  located near Ocean Beach, or near Point Loma. The shower was nearly

  stationary.



  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.



  SOURCE...Radar.



  IMPACT...Waterspouts can create locally hazardous seas. Small 

           craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 

           suddenly higher waves.



* The shower will remain over mainly open waters.

Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes.

At 855 AM PST, a shower producing waterspouts was located near Ocean

Beach, or near Point Loma. The shower was nearly stationary.



HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.



SOURCE...Public reported photographic evidence of a water spout off 

         the coast of Point Loma at 8:54 AM.
