  including Santa Cruz Island...

  Outer waters from Santa Cruz Island to San Clemente Island to 60 NM

  offshore including San Nicolas and Santa Barbara Islands...

  Waters from Pt. Sal to Santa Cruz Island CA and westward 60 nm

  including San Miguel and Santa Rosa Islands...



* Until 315 PM PST.



* At 110 PM PST, strong thunderstorms were located along a line

  extending from 8 nm north of Point Arguello to 27 nm southwest of

  San Miguel Island, moving east at 25 knots.



  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.



  SOURCE...Radar.



  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally 

           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly 

           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.
