  Cape Mendocino to Pt Arena out 10 nm...



* Until 145 AM PST.



* At 112 AM PST, a shower capable of producing waterspouts was

  located 14 NM south of Cape Mendocino, moving north at 35 knots.



  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts to 34 knots.



  SOURCE...Radar indicated.



  IMPACT...Waterspouts can create locally hazardous seas. Small craft

           could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly

           higher waves.
