At 349 AM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned area. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen since midnight across portions of these municipalities. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in Ponce. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain. SOURCE...Radar.
