PST EARLY THIS MORNING FOR EAST CENTRAL LOS ANGELES COUNTY...



The heavy rain has ended across the Bridge burn scar this morning, 

but showers will continue on and off through the day. Mud, rock, and

debris may still fall after the rain has ended, so caution should be 

exercised, especially in canyon portions of the burn scar. Water may 

still be flowing through drainages and creeks. Please continue to 

heed remaining road closures and remain out of drainage areas.
