* Special Marine Warning for...

  Outer waters from Santa Cruz Island to San Clemente Island to 60 NM

  offshore including San Nicolas and Santa Barbara Islands...

  Waters from Pt. Sal to Santa Cruz Island CA and westward 60 nm

  including San Miguel and Santa Rosa Islands...



* Until 230 AM PST.



* At 126 AM PST, showers capable of producing waterspouts were 

  located from around 15 nm southwest of Point Conception to near 70 

  nm southwest of Point Conception, and moving north at 25 to 

  30 knots.



  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts to nearly 50 knots.



  SOURCE...Radar.



  IMPACT...Waterspouts can create locally hazardous seas. Small 

           craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 

           suddenly higher waves.

  Point Arguello...

  and Point Conception.

southwest of Point Conception, and moving north at 25 to 30 knots.
