At 853 PM HST, a strong thunderstorm was located 22 nm north of FAD

Buoy Q, or 36 nm north of Huelo, moving southeast at 20 knots.



HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 

         suddenly higher waves.



The strong thunderstorm will remain over mainly open waters.
