Patchy fog is moving into the outer waters, reducing visibility

below 1 nautical mile at times. Fog is anticipated to lift mid-

morning Thursday.



Mariners should be prepared for abrupt changes in visibility.

Reduce speeds and be on the lookout for exposed rocks and other

vessels, including large ships in shipping lanes. Use radar or GPS

navigation if available, and consider remaining in harbor if such

equipment is unavailable.
