  Waters from Edisto Beach SC to Savannah GA out 20 NM...



* Until 815 PM EDT.



* At 611 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Wappoo Cut,

  moving east at 25 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 34 knots.



  SOURCE...Radar indicated.



  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and

           suddenly higher waves.



* Locations impacted include...

  Capers Reef, Bull Breakers, Joe Shuford Reef, Charleston Sixty,

  Jimmy Leland Tug, Y-73 Reef, Capers Mid Shelf, Rattlesnake Shoal,

  Capers Island Buoy, Charleston Nearshore Reef, Doug Mellichamp

  Reef, Comanche Reef, Air Force Reef, Charleston Coastal Anglers and

  Bulls Bay.
