Tug, moving northeast at 35 knots.



HAZARD...Wind gusts to 34 knots.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and

         suddenly higher waves.

  Y-73 Reef, Jimmy Leland Tug, Capers Mid Shelf, Comanche Reef, Doug

  Mellichamp Reef, Edisto Buoy, Hector Reef, Cape Romain Reef, Joe
