At 530 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable

of producing winds to around 30 knots and small hail. This

thunderstorm was located 15 nm northeast of Klondike Beach, or 16 nm

northeast of Playalinda Beach, moving south at 10 knots.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher

waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor

immediately until this storm passes.

  Playalinda Beach, moving south at 15 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and small hail.

  IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots, suddenly higher 

           waves, lightning and heavy downpours. Make sure all on 

           board are wearing life jackets. Return to safe harbor if 

           possible.
