Numerous roads are closed in Bates and Henry counties, with additional flooding reported in southeast Cass and southwest Johnson counties. Between 3 and 7 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring. Travel is not recommended in the warning area overnight.
