A brief surge of northwesterly winds will move from northwest to

southeast across the waters through 7 AM. Wind gusts to around 20

knots are possible during this time, although the strongest gusts

will only last an hour or two at most locations.



Mariners, especially those in small craft, should exercise caution

and be prepared for locally higher winds and waves.
