The National Weather Service in Lake Charles has issued a



* Special Marine Warning for...

  Waters from Cameron LA to High Island TX from 20 to 60 NM...

  Waters from Intracoastal City to Cameron LA from 20 to 60 NM...



* Until 215 PM CDT.



* At 1238 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing

  waterspouts were located along a line extending from 7 nm southeast

  of High Island A201 to 16 nm south of West Cameron 368 to 21 nm

  southwest of East Cameron 222, moving northeast at 15 knots.



  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts to 40 knots.



  SOURCE...Radar.



  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally 

           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly 

           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

  368, West Cameron 398, High Island A177, East Cameron 157, West
