* Until 1130 AM EDT.



* At 1107 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 10 nm east of

  Elbow Cay, moving northeast at 10 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.



  SOURCE...Radar.



  IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots, suddenly higher 

           waves, frequent lightning, and heavy downpours.



* The strong thunderstorm will remain over mainly open waters.
