  Nm...

  Coastal waters from  Suwannee River to Keaton Beach out 20 NM...

  Waters from Suwannee River to Apalachicola FL from 20 to 60 NM...



* Until 115 PM EDT.



* At 1108 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line

  extending from 14 nm southeast of St. Marks to 9 nm west of Buckeye

  Reef to 14 nm south of S Tower, moving east at 30 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.



  SOURCE...Radar indicated.



  IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots...suddenly higher 

           waves...frequent lightning...and heavy downpours. Make 

           sure all on board are wearing life jackets.



* Locations impacted include...

  V Tower, Buckeye Reef, Horseshoe Beach, and Marker 24 Barge.

...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL APPROACH THE WATERS THIS AFTERNOON...



The areas affected include...

  Flagler Beach to Volusia-Brevard County Line 0-20 nm...



At 1140 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,

capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was 

located over South Daytona, moving east at 10 knots. Scattered to 

numerous shower and lightning storm coverage will push off of the 

Volusia coast early through mid this afternoon. 



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher

waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor

immediately until these storms pass.



A special marine warning may eventually be required when these 

strong thunderstorms reach the nearshore waters. Boaters should 

consider heading for shore before these strong thunderstorms arrive.
