The areas affected include...

  Cape Cod Bay...

  Coastal waters east of Ipswich Bay and the Stellwagen Bank 

  National Marine Sanctuary...

  Massachusetts Bay and Ipswich Bay...



At 1242 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,

capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was

located over Ocean Bluff-Brant Rock, moving east at 15 knots.



Locations impacted include...

Race Point, Ocean Bluff-Brant Rock, and Green Harbor.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Expect gusty winds to around 30 knots...briefly rough seas and

lightning strikes. Consider heading for safe harbor until this storm

passes.
