  Gulf Waters from East Cape Sable to Chokoloskee 20 to 60 nm out and

  beyond 5 fathoms...

  Gulf of America including Dry Tortugas and Rebecca Shoal Channel...



* Until 630 AM EDT.



* At 534 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 9 nm north of

  Ellis Rock Light, moving northwest at 25 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots, suddenly higher 

           waves, frequent lightning, and heavy downpours.



* The strong thunderstorm will remain over mainly open waters.
