The areas affected include...

  Volusia-Brevard County Line to Sebastian Inlet 20-60 nm...



At 726 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a shower, capable of producing

winds to around 30 knots. This shower was located 48 nm east of

Playalinda Beach, moving east at 10 knots.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher

waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor

immediately until this storm passes.



Waterspouts are possible with this activity. Remain on the alert in

case warnings are issued for waterspout development.

  waterspouts was located near Anclote Key. The severe thunderstorm

  was nearly stationary.



  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can quickly form and capsize boats, damage 

           vessels, and create suddenly higher waves. Make sure all 

           on board are in a secure location and wearing life
