* At 509 AM EDT, downpours producing strong wind gusts were located 

  along a line extending from near Put-In-Bay to 8 nm northwest of 

  Sandusky Bay, moving east at 45 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 

           suddenly higher waves.
