...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 900 AM CDT
FOR NORTHEASTERN WALTON AND HOLMES COUNTIES...

At 848 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 9 miles northwest of
Bonifay, moving east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to 
         roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Union, Ponce De Leon, Caryville, Westville, Miller Crossroads,
Leonia, Barker Store, Cerrogordo, Bethlehem, Prosperity, Gritney,
Arrant Settlement, Sweetgum Head, Royals Crossroads, Pleasant Hill,
Center Ridge, Ards Crossroads, Smith Crossroads, Hickory Hill, and
Izagora.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 100 PM CDT for the Panhandle
of Florida.

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
