* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Northern Ottawa County in northeastern Oklahoma...

* Until 845 AM CDT.

* At 532 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain 
  have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are 
  possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected 
  to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

  producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 4 and 7 
  inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 4 
  inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing 
  or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Emergency management reported.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

  Joplin, Neosho, Baxter Springs, Columbus, Webb City, Carl 
  Junction, Galena, Oronogo, Seneca, Granby, Carterville, Duquesne, 
  Duenweg, Diamond, Leawood, Silver Creek, Fairview, Shoal Creek 
  Drive, Saginaw, Loma Linda, Airport Drive, Lowell, Fidelity, 
  Asbury, Newtonia, Stella, Redings Mill, Stark City, Grand Falls 
  Plaza, Shoal Creek Estates, Waco, Ritchey, Dennis Acres, Cliff
