Flash flooding is already occurring in some places as a result. Fortunately, rain is no longer falling in the area, and no additional rain is expected until possibly after 11 PM this evening, which if it occurs should not be nearly as heavy as what already fell. In the meantime, at least minor flooding and perhaps localized flash flooding will persist within the Warning area for several more hours until extensive runoff from earlier rain subsides.
