The National Weather Service in New Orleans has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Northeastern St. Tammany Parish in southeastern Louisiana...

* Until 915 AM CDT.

* At 840 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located 8 miles northwest of Pearl River, or 9 miles west of
  Picayune, moving northeast at 15 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
  northeastern St. Tammany Parish.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest
floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a
mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter
and protect yourself from flying debris.

* Until 930 AM CDT.

* At 857 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Picayune, moving northeast at 15 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Picayune around 900 AM CDT.

This includes the following Interstates...
 Interstate 59 in Louisiana near mile marker 11.
 Interstate 59 in Mississippi between mile markers 1 and 14.
