At 122 PM MDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain ended over the Hermit's Peak/Calf Canyon Burn Scar. Between 0.25 and 1.5 inches of rain fell since 11 AM MDT. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Excessive rainfall over the burn scar will impact Manuelitas Creek and the Sapello River. The debris flow can consist of rock, mud, vegetation and other loose materials.
