CENTRAL GRAINGER AND HAMBLEN COUNTIES...

At 1004 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Morristown,
moving southeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to 
         roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Morristown, Jefferson City, Dandridge, Rutledge, Bean Station, White
Pine, Baneberry, Panther Creek State Park, Alpha, and Lowland.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 40 in Tennessee between mile markers 418 and 428.
 Interstate 81 in Tennessee between mile markers 1 and 20.
