...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM OVER THE WESTERN WATERS...



At 900 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable

of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located 

over  the western waters of Puerto Rico, about 20 NM west of 

Aguadilla, moving west at 5 knots.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher

waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor

immediately until this storm passes.

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...

  Southeastern Kimball County in the Panhandle of Nebraska...



* Until 815 PM MDT.



* At 750 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Kimball,

  moving southeast at 15 mph.



  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.



  SOURCE...Radar indicated.



  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 

           to roofs, siding, and trees.



* Locations impacted include...

  Kimball, Dix, and Kimball Municipal Airport.



This includes Interstate 80 in Nebraska between mile markers 22 and

35.
