GUAM...



Heavy showers and thunderstorms have pushed to the northwest of Guam 

and stream gauges show that water levels are receding. Preliminary 

rain gauge observations show 2 to 4 inches of rain fell across the 

island since midnight. While no additional flash flooding is 

expected in the next hour or so, waters will be slow to recede in 

some areas. More showers are coming in upstream, so watch for any 

Flood Advisory issuances later this morning. Please continue to 

exercise caution while driving, and heed any road closures.



A Flood Watch remains in effect until 600 AM ChST Thursday for Guam 

and Rota.
