The areas affected include...

  Anegada Passage east of Virgin Gorda and Saint Croix south to 

  17N...

  Atlantic Waters of Puerto Rico AND USVI from 10 NM to 19.5N...



At 452 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable 

of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorm were 

located over mainly areas of the northeastern offshore Atlantic 

waters and over the Anegada Passage, moving northeast at 20 knots.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher

waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor

immediately until this storm passes.
